For those arriving on Friday night, activities will be planned by the State FFA and 4-H Officer teams. Affordable housing is also available.
1. - Please include a well written essay describing your involvement in agriculture in one page or less:
Prizes will be awarded in each of the following categories:
- the most involved in agriculture,
- most unique,
- most dedicated
- best written
- most humorous.
2. - Please include one or two pictures of your farm, animal, project, boat, tractor, chainsaw or anything that will represent your involvement in agriculture. Digital submissions will be accepted.
3. - Please include a recipe - We are collecting recipes to be added to the AlaskaGrown website cookbook. Please send one or more of your favorite recipes using AlaskaGrown items. (AlaskaGrown items must be commercially available at the grocery store or farmers market at some time during the year).
Please indicate your tee shirt size, the shirt will be a new edition small 4 color AlaskaGrown logo Tee on a 50/50 t-shirt.
I give my child permission to participate in the Alaska Youth in Agriculture Conference to be held in Anchorage, Alaska on November 16th.
