Ingredients:
2 Lbs. Alaska Yukon Gold potaotes, peeled
1 Stalk Celery, sliced
1/2 Cup Red or green pepper, chopped.
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbs. Diijon Mustard
1 tbs. Prepared horseradish
1 tbs. fresh parsley, chopped
and bring to boil; cover and reduce heat. Cook for about 10 minutes or until tender; rinse and drain.
Cooking Instructions:
Combine potatoes, celery, bell pepper and onion in medium bowl; set aside. Blend mayonnaise and mustard in small bowl. Stir in horseradish. Add mixture to potatoes; mix well. Top with parsley and serve.
Serving Suggestions:
Chill until ready to serve
